Web part

I have a web part with a top heading,subheading and content underneath the subheading. My problem is when trying to change size and color of the subheading and the line underneadth the heading. I'm using SPS.css classes. I have identified these classes ms-WPHeader and ms-WPTitle and change settings but still its not working.

Anyone who can help!!!!
