Default Active Directory connection to SharePoint site

Hi All,

Could anybody let me know as to how do i connect the active directory to the SharePoint site ?
I will first explain my question. Actually I am creating a Survey Form which is in InfoPath and i have published this form on the SharePoint site. Now, I want the users to fill out this form so that i can carry out the Survey. Suppose that all the Employees of the Organization have to fill up this Survey form. It would become really difficult to add all the Employees to the SharePoint Site. Hence, i need the Active Directory to be connected to the Site.

Awaiting help soon..
Thanks and Regards,
Anandhi :)
