Default View all Sites Permissions

Hi,

Is there a way to get a list of all the sites in my organization with the users who has permissions to view or edit the site?
I will like to get a list of all the sites and see the permissions that got without going to each one of them.

I am working with MOSS 2007.

Thank you.
