Open mail using e-mail workflow

Hi,

I am using SharePoint 2007.
I have an email workflow. In the mail, i want to have a link.

When the user clicks on the link, i want to open another mail with a predefined To address,cc address, subject and content for the new mail.

How to achieve this?
