Default Give a User/Group individual Views

Hi,

I want to make for some Groups a own View for a list and with this an own Edit/View view. So when one from group 1 looks at the list he get's another default view than the person from group 2. Also they should get a another Form when they want to Edit and view an element.

I hope you can help me. I am really new to development for Sharepoint.

I am using Sharepoint 2010.
