Default OLAP Cube question

Hi,

Got a very simple question...

I'm building an OLAP cube and i have a question concerning standards.

I have a Time dimension that breaks into years, months and days.
I don't have data for every single days so i don't create a dimension if its empty.

Should i create empty dimension just for the sake of standardizing my app or its better to not create them to make my cube smaller?

Thanks,

Hope this is clear enough. My english skills are not perfect...

Frank,

I'm not sure I understand the question, but I've always used a standard date table to create Date dimensions from. When you load the fact table load the date key and use a default value ('0') in place of Nulls.
