Default Acces Db conversion

Hi!
i am converting my access db into sql server, i am using the db with my ASP applications, the Db consists of simple tables and a few access queries, one parameter querry too.
Since i am converting for the first time , i would like to know are there any things that i should take into consideration b4 the conversion.
Any thoughts on this would b appreciated.
