Default Calling a DLL from the sql code

Hi

I have a dll written in C++. Can I call its methods and fiddle with its attributes directly from the sql code? If so, how do I do that?

I am totally newb to this, so I would appreciate as much detail as possible.

Thanks in advance!

Marcelo
