Default Where is create_tables.sql?

Hello,
I'm reading the book "Beginning Databases with PostgreSQL". On page 60 it mentions the create_tables.sql file that is supposed to be on the wrox site. Anyone know where this file is, because a search turns up nothing? I wish to follow along with the examples used in the book, via the tables that this file creates.

Thanks
