Default MS ACCESS UPDATING A SUBFORM FIELD

Hi,

I have a subform embedded within a main form which has a text box called addnotes and when a tick box is unchecked on the main form i wish to add text into the text box on the subform.

Mainform called Details
subform called addnotes
