Default Possible to query a System Database File (.sdb)

Does anyone know if or how it is possible to query a System Database File, secedit.sdb to be precise. Also called a Custom Application Compatibility Database. Secedit.exe's /export functionality doesn't work in XP(bug) so is there a way to do it yourself?

Any help appreciated.
