Default How to Incorporate Intelli Type/Auto Fill into our database

Hello,
Basics: We have a Microsoft SQL 2008 R2 database with an Access 2007 front end.

I have to find a way to incorporate Intelli Type/Auto Fill into our database. It doesn't matter if it has to happen on the Back end or the front end, as long as it works. My bosses boss is tired of typing in long sequences of text that are the same/very similar time after time for each file we process.
…and no copy and paste is not an option (I wish)
I have to try to find a way so that once he starts typing in a field it will find matches from the same table or column (I’m not picky) and auto fill the field.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

THANK YOU!
