Default Sql SErver Error

Hi! :)
I've a problem.
I've a SQL Server in one work LAN at the hypotetical IPAdd. 10.40.60.10.
If I logon from a workstation with a IPAdd 10.40.60.10, it's OK!
If I logon from a workstation with a IPAdd 10.40.50.10, it's no ok!
Between subnet there is not any firewall but, when i try to connect, i've a SQL Error 11001.

I sow the text error but without any happening becouse the SQLError 11001 describe the not possibility to drop a view.

Help me!! :(

1. Can you ping the server?
2. Can you connect to the server?
3. Are you sure that this is a netowrk connectivity issue?

Also, BOL says that error 11001 means:
11001 16 Non-NULL value successfully returned.

There is no mention of views.

Yes.I can ping the server and a can connect to the server.
There is not connectivity problem becouse if i change IPAdd on the workstation with a working IPAdd there is the same error.
It's very strange

How can I do???

I'd suggest your error may not be anything to do with connectivity. Post any relevant SQL statements and the error message.

The iven back error is:
SQLState : 11
SQLError : 11001

What kind of client to SQL Server are you using? When are you getting the error? Normally you get an error number and an error description.
