Long back I have tested a product called LogExplorer. It was useful in analysing the transactions as well as recovering data. Just check whether that would suit your need.
I am not aware of any programmatic way of analysing the SQL log file from .NET. If its normal log files (event log etc.,) we can use Log parser which comes along with IIS 6 ( i guess).
