Default need a constant during dts transform

The import table has 3 columns but the SQL table has 4 columns. The 4th column needs to have a constant of 1 put in each time. Cannot determine how to do this with dts and the book I have 'SQL Server 2000 DTS' apparently can't help me with what I would think would be an extremely common situation. Any have an example of how to do this in DTS (not using a program) ?

Default

Create a default constraint on the column and set it to 1. This is realively easy to do using Enterprise Manager.
