Default Microsoft SQL-DMO (ODBC-SQLSTATE:HY000)

Attempting to drop a database and continuously receiving
the following error message.

Microsoft SQL-DMO (ODBC SQLState:HY000)


Error 821: could not unhash buffer at 0xf09240 with buffer page number of (1:578)
and database ID 13 with Hashed status set. The buffer was not found.
Page pointer = 0x85484200, PageId=(1:578), flags=0x8000, objectid =
2037582297, indexid=0.
Have tried DBCC CheckALLOC, REPAIRDB, Etc. no avail. any
assistance would be greatly appreciated.
