Default SQL Server NLS or Input Locales

Hi,

how do I make SQL-Server to accept 2.365.478,00 for a decimal value ? That's how 2 millions... has to be written in my language (Romanian). I've never actually "localized" MS-SQL, but I imagine it is a thing many of U have had to do.

TIA
