Default failing to initialize the enterprise manager

when I installed sql2000 some error messages appeared :
the first error when put up MDAC it shows :
        SQL Redist
        command line option syntax error. Type Command /?for Help
all the thing I could do is click 'confirm'
the second error is when installed HTML it shows the same error messages:
        HTML Help 1.32 Update
        command line option syntax error. Type Command /?for Help
nothing I could do but click 'confirm'.
It failed to initialize the management unit name Microsoft SQL enterprise manager after finished installation
the prompt is
  confgsvr.exe can not find DLL
  It is unable to find dynamic link library SQLUNIRL.dll on the specific path
C:\PRAGRA~1\micros~2\80\Tools\Binn;,;c:\winnt\syst em32;c:\winnt\system;c:\winnt;c:\winnt\system32;c: \winnt;c:\winnt\system32\wbem;c:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2 \80\Tools\Binn;c:\kav5.

the last prompt is
The installer desposes the server and fails. please refer to the server log and C:\¡­¡­to get more information.

Which is your OS, also try to more clear.

My OS is win2000. what means 'try to more clear'.
