Error 5172

Hi:
I have this error:
Error 5172: The header for file "la base de datos.MDF" is not a valid database file header. The PageAudit property is incorrect.

As I can solve it?
It is very important for my.
The solution didn't find it inside those that gave once one speaks of this, please I need them to help me and that if Ian Oates, he found the solution then that he writes me and he tells me.
