Default SQL profiling

Does anyone know how to do SQL profiling?
My program sometime hangs and I want to make sure I am not running into blocking or long running queries.
I appreciate,
-ned

Have you run Profiler? Connect to the database server you want to profile. Add the things you want to display.

Cheers
