Which language did you choose to Develope DBS

What language did you choose to develope datebase system? VC++? Delphi? Borland C++? VB? JAVA? PowerBuilder or the other?

In China,Develope datebase system, using Delphi 20%,using VC 5%,using VB 15,PowerBuilder 50%, the other 10%
