My question is:

How to retrieve a value that comes from ntext or text fields and store them in a local variable for a Stored Procedure?

Table Description:

Id Int
Name varchar
Message ntext or text

You can't do that..
I mean you can't set local variable values to text or ntext data type within stored procedure

I am not sure I understand the question but a stored procecure can accept a text paramert if thats what your saying. I you send it a parameter it can use it within the procedure as a variable.

Is that what your asking? If so goto the SQL help files and look at stored procedure parameters. If thats not what you want please try to clarify your question.
