Default sql server database is read-only

hi, i have sql server 2000 database that somehow has become read-only.

How can i make it writable?

When I tried to make i writable, I got message 5063 that said that something like "database is in warm standby".

I am not familiar with "warm standby" but I do know that if you put the database into "Singe User" mode then you will not be able to write to it from an external source.

I had this problem in the past, I remember that I had set-up some indexed views on my database. it was fixed after I removed the index on the view.
