ODBC driver 2000.81.7713.00 for SQL 7.0

Where can i get the downloadable for ODBC driver 2000.81.7713.00 for SQL 7.0? I searched in Microsoft and i could not able to get the same. Pls suggest a suitable site.

Does it comes with MDAC? If so MDAC version?

XP Professional by default installs its own sql driver
2000.81.7713.00.
