Default Import progress SQL into SQL Server

Hi all,
I have been asked to update some data in a SQL table from a Progress SQL database.
The scenario is that a seperate app is retreiving GPS data and dumping in a progress SQL database, I wish to create a DTS or windows service or something to bring the latest record from progress sql to the SQL table.

Can anyone provide me with some direction on the best practise for such a task.

Can I DTS from another database format in MSSQL?

Many thanks for your time
Rod
