Default sqlsrv32.dll compatibility

I need to use sqlsrv32.dll driver for a project purpose. We need to use the following driver 2000.81.7713.00 on windows 2003, 2000 and XP. But the following driver is available by default in XP Professional. Can i use the same (sqlsrv32.dll) for the other Operating systems too(by replacing the particular sqlsrv32.dll).

If not kindly help me out in getting a particular deriver for other OS too.
