NT Authentication without Active Directory

I am currenctly using ODBC Connection in NT Authentication, I had no problems until we want used sp_who to find out users who are logged in. In "sp_who 'Active'" only the user in server is registered, i checked in "sp_who" all other connections are connected using guest accounts. How can i resolve this without Active Directory & not using SQl Authentification?
:(Anyone??? please???:(
