Default .net problem

i am a beginner c# programmar
 we are making a website during registration process
i faced this problem that i am posting below please help
error is:-
System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: The system cannot find the path specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070003) at P3ADMINLib.P3DomainsClass.get_Item(Object vIndex) at register.AddPop3User(String MachineName, String DomainName, String UserName, String Password) in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\mail.veoda.com\mail\register.as px.cs:line 118 at register.ImageButton1_Click(Object sender, ImageClickEventArgs e) in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\mail.veoda.com\mail\register.as px.cs:line 167

?? I am not sure how this is a SQL problem? In any case, the error means you are trying to preform actions against a directory that doesn't exist.
