Snap-in faild to initializa.
Name: SQL Server Configuration manager
CLSID:{CA9F8727-31DF-41D2-975C-887D84903967}

I can access the databases only from My Computer -> Manage
From the Enterprise Manager interface i cannot access the databases.

Anyone can help me?

Try to re-register (regsvr32) the file SqlManager.dll in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Tools\binn.
