Job History not getting updated

Hi,

Has anyone come across this issue. I see the job history not getting updated, though no errors reported yet. All the jobs run fine with no issues. I am trying to find why this happens. If anyone faced this earlier, please post your thoughts here.

Meanwhile, I will post here if I observe something more on this.
