Default Right Security Procedures

Due to the following errors (An error 5 (Access is denied) occurred while performing this service operation the SQL Server Agent service. Another was Error 15405. Cannot use the reserved user or role name ‘SA’. All the SQL Server Agent running within the Replication are giving me the above-mentioned errors apart from that all other SQL Server Agent are running normal apart from the ones on the replication databases. I therefore want to change all the SA & user passwords and the roles. Is it the right approach to the situation? What are the procedures towards such tasks? All help will be welcome.

Regards,

CarlWalden
