You can disable the trigger if you have the permissions to do so.
ALTER TABLE [yourtable}
DISABLE TRIGGER [yourtriggername]

and you Enable it by

ALTER TABLE [yourtable]
ENABLE TRIGGER [yourtriggername]

Can I disable the all triggers in the database in one statement?
Does EM has this function?
