Default recordcount attribute supported

when connection to SQL Server
do any one have an idea why recordcount and some attributes for recordset object is supported when define the cursorLocation to adUseClient for both cursor types (dynamic,forwardonly) !!!

my view to adUseClient,adUseServer is not clear some
