Default How to compress a Database ?

I have a Database of 500 MB. It is giving me problems with the Server Owner.
What can you recomend me. How can i compress this Database?

what is the size of the data file(s) (.mdf) and what is the size of the log files (.ldf)?

the size of the .mdf is 204.800 kb and the .ldf is 23.104 kb

and where is the rest of 300MB? by '204.800 kb' you mean '204800 kb' right?

i thought you had expendable log files wich you could delete, but it seems that the log file is pretty small. sorry i can't help you :(
