convert only 1 db to non-english language ?

How can I accomplish this for just 1 domain ? on a server running 100 english db's...

"Can you change the default language of xxxxx MS SQL database to
Turkish_CS_AS"

I'm totally lost...

Keep it simple, please....

i lokked into ss bol and the default language applies to a server and to a login, and not to a database. so the request is impossible.
