Default Copying Table Relationship Diagram

I have 2 installations of the same Database on 2 different computers (WS and Laptop). Anytime there are changes on the Master computer (the WS) I export them via script to the "Slave" (Laptop). However, I don't know how to copy the table relationship diagram.

Can anyone help ?

Thanx
