Default Migrating from SQL Express to Standard. how?

Hi folks:

I would like to migrate from Sql express edition 2005 to the standard edition while i can keep the data in my database that i have already built in using SQL Express edition.

can anyone help?

two methods of upgrading editions of sql2005...

in-place upgrade, quicker, but risker...backup all userDBs first then run setup of workgroup edition +

"conversion", slower, safer...still backup all userDBs still...
install named instance of workgroup edition + on same or diff box. migrate DBs over via SSIS, copy Database wizard, etc...
