Default SSIS Designer

I have built some pretty complex DTS packages in 2000 but now I 'm starting to work heavily with 2005.

I tried looking for the designer but no luck, I did find the command line and UI for executing the packages but nothing to actually create then in.

As usual the MS documentation just states how to use the designer but leavers the reader clueless as to where to find the dam thing.

Thanks,
Jesse
