SQL Server Agent - jobs

How I can grant a permission to a user to view history of SQL Server Agent, so he can read status of the jobs, or I can a user permission to start a job, stob a job....

If you do not want to elevate the users permission create a view of the data and give the user permission or create a store procedure and grant the user permission to execute it.
