Default Allow developer to shedule jobs but not as SA

We have developers (non SA) who need to schedule jobs, is there a way of allowing developers to access SQL2005 scheduler so they can schedule ONLY their own jobs.

developers have dbcreator and bulkadmin rights.

Jobs are run under the SQL Server Agent contexts, so you might need to do something with the AGent rights. Take a look in BOL under "jobs[SQL Server Agent]" under the topic of Security. There is a ton of stuff there and this section might give you what you are looking for.

I don't think SQL security breaks down the jobs by owner. I think you either get access to all jobs or no jobs but I am not sure. Been a while since I had to do this though.
