Default Where r database tables get stored ??

I m using SQL SERVER 2005
I m using SQL Server Management Studio Express in which i have stored many database tables.
Now i want to use that tables as the existing item in Visual Studio.Net SQL database.
How can i find that where they are stored ??

Pls help me out,...
