Default using SSME -EE for the first time

I have the book SQL Server 2005 Express Edition

On page 22 it says
From the start menu select all programs > SQL Server 2005 > SQL Server Managemment Studio to start SSMS-EE

I do not have this
I have
Start >
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 > Configuation Tools > SQL Server Configuration Manager.

The next screen on page 23 shows the box Connect to Server. I do not have this.
Can some one please let me know where I am going wrong.
Many Thanks
John

In the future, visiting the Microsoft web site will point you in the right direction.
