Default SQL Query Problem

My problem is

CREATE TABLE Test
(ID INT,
 lang1 char(3));

INSERT INTO VALUES(1, 'ENG')
INSERT INTO VALUES(1, 'JPN')
INSERT INTO VALUES(1, 'PRB')
INSERT INTO VALUES(2, 'SPC')
INSERT INTO VALUES(2, 'ENG')
INSERT INTO VALUES(3, 'JPN')
INSERT INTO VALUES(3, 'PRB')
INSERT INTO VALUES(3, 'SPC')

I want output liks this

ID Lang1
1 ENG,JPN,PRB
2 SPC,ENG
3 JPN,PRB,SPC

Please help
