Default Upgrading to SQL Server 2008 from 2000

Good afternoon.

I need to upgrade to SQL Server 2008 from SQL Server 2000.

I've downloaded and will run the upgrade assistant to identify my prereqs.

Any words of wisdom for the upgrade? Any known pitfalls, etc.?

Thank you for your help.

Sal
