BULK INSERT FROM ASP SCRIPT

pls explain me how do you complete a
BULK INSERT process vai a simple procedure,
(here all parameter will be feed from an ASP SCRIPT).
Is there any Data type in SQL server by using that data type
we can transfer a whole array from asp page to server.
