I would like someone to help me. I use ASP, MS SQL 2000 and Window2000 Server. I have 3 fields for record data, NameTH, NameEN, NameJP. First time, I use only 1 textbox insert in 3 fields. Thai font has no change. Second time I recall data from database(use Sql language "Select * from....................."). During Update, Thai font change in ???????. But other fields are not chage in ????????. I hope someone solve this problem to me.

Hi Montri,

I've never confronted such problem nor your Thai language but I beleive that there are certain language here on this earth that uses DBCC i.e. that occupies 2 bytes to store there one character like few Chinese and Japanese Kanjhi.

In such cases one must use National Character Set that is nVarchar or nText in place of varchar and text data types.
