a co-worker and I have been having a similar issue in two completely different packages. We have dts packages put together that have an FTP task inside. When the package runs, the file does not seem to transfer. After further investigation, we both noticed that the file does seem to come over and then is gone after the transfer is complete. having the destination folder open while the task is running, the file starts to be created, but after the task completes the download the file just vanishes.

After a little bit of research I hear that this was a common problem prior to service pack 1. Just today one of the IT people installed SP3 locally on my machine (it has long been on the server itself) but I am still having the same problem.

Can anyone please help with this problem, I really just do not know where else to look!!!!!!
