Default insertor update with currend date stamp

i have to insert the data into table if not exit or udate if price are diffrent using DDQ,
LIKE source
book price
aa 4
bb 5
cc 8


book price currenttimesatmp
aa 3
bb 5

o/p should be
book price currenttimesatamp
aa 4
bb 5
cc 8

currenttime stamp require i done this whit satging table but not work out help me

Default your column value to 'CURRENT_TIMESTAMP' or default column to getdate() and when reporting the column value format date as you like.
