Default SQL Server 2000 DTS Excel Import Error

I have pumped other Excel files from the same directory in to a txt file with no issues except for one of the files.

The error thrown is at the Excel Connection is:

Error Source: Microsoft JET Database Engine

Error Description: External table is no in the expected format

I do not know why the error is being thrown within the Excel connection. Please help if you have faced issue like I am.
