Default DTS scheduled jobs not finishing

I'm getting a strange intermittent problem with our data warehouse application. Several overnight scheduled DTS jobs normally run to completion by 0600, but starting last week (5th July) jobs have been overrunning. CPU is at 100% when this happens. Some nights all run normally, other nights one or more jobs overrun.
We've had no O/S or SQL Server changes or upgrades, no applications changes and there is no sign of hardware faults.

Any ideas would be appreciated
Roberta
